Harry Hurst

Harry is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Protagonist, where he co-leads the firm’s investments.

A life-long entrepreneur, Harry is the founder of Pipe. Having raised $315M in equity financing, Pipe was valued at $2 billion just under a year after its public launch, making it the fastest fintech to reach this valuation.

Before Pipe, Harry founded Skurt, a venture-backed startup in the logistics and mobility space, which Fair acquired in 2018.

Harry is passionate about helping founders grow their businesses and has been investing as an angel and fund manager since 2017.

Harry has deep empathy for founders and takes pride in being there for them through the trials and tribulations of entrepreneurship.

In his free time, Harry enjoys playing golf and traveling to visit his family in Europe with his wife and two kids.

Harry was named the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award winner in 2022.
